The food was excellent, drinks were warm. The location was pleasant, relatively near Boscombe Beach. The area was nice right by nearby shops as well as the centre of Bournemouth.

Had well priced and well-organised room and a very enjoyable short stay during my visit. Good and beautiful location at a moderate distance from Boscombe Beach. Nice restaurant not too far away from the hotel.

The rooms here are pleasantly decorated and budget with very comfortable bed. Exceptional service and the food is brilliant.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from Boscombe Pier. Loved the way our a nice size double room with excellent facilities was arranged.

The hotel is well-situated, with a great location close to the beach and nearby shops, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable, and the attention to detail is evident with excellent facilities, including a very comfortable bed. The breakfast, priced at £8 per person, is good value for money.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was pleasant and incredibly beautiful, had GREAT location to the Bournmouth area. Location: the property was near other areas such as Bournemouth, the main square, and Boscombe bus station and Pokesdown railway station. We truly enjoyed to have evening drinks at Urban Beach, based nearby.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a very enjoyable short stay. Pleasant and comfortable hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed its very central location not far from pedestrian area, the beach and town, and the O2 Academy. The service was good, the food was excellent. What's more, there's parking onsite.

I really got good value for my money at this hotel. The room was super comfy with a great shower and even a fan. It was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and close to the high street. Debbie and Peter, the hosts, were amazing and made our stay very enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

Had very central location in close proximity for bars & restaurants. Popped in Reef Encounter for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue.

The venue was incredibly friendly, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was great not far from Boscombe bus station and a 10 minute drive from the main square in Bournemouth. Fabulous, good room with very comfortable bed, everything was spotless.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the clean and beautiful rooms to the very comfortable bed and excellent facilities provided. The location is a big plus, with close proximity to bars, restaurants, the railway station, and a nice sandy beach. It's also convenient to have nearby shops within walking distance.
